Keeping it PG, staying quiet, not speaking your truth just to make others feels comfortable, that sticky people pleasing energy.

But hasn’t that been part of a much bigger problem?

The shushing of women in their authentic realness?

The silence you have been forced to bear?

The judgement because your honesty and truth make others feel uncomfortable?

You’re too masculine, too feminine, too tall too short, too fat, too thin, too loud, too quiet, too much and never enough!

Hands up if at least 1 of those pieces hit you at some point in your life.

The feelings projected because the fear felt by the Patriarchy was un bearable.

The potential of loss of power and control too hard to handle.

So we stayed small not living our authentic self for probably most of our lives.

And when I officially came out of my spiritual closet at the age of 40 I faced it all again. As a tarot reader, a medium, and a psychic healer.

The judgement, the name calling, the fear, the battles from deep religious conditioning, from lack of understanding and more painful, no willing to learn with an open mind and heart.

And when I found my faith, others, best freinds lost faith in me so I turned to the one person who I knew would NEVER, give up on me, would NEVER let me down and would have my back NO MATTER WHAT! ME!

And my spiritual path also became my healing one. Navigating fibromyalgia, a chronic illness facing battles daily from the medical system, the government disability system and after 20 years of being in the educational system, I finally realised I was done with the Patriarchy. And I learnt one of my greatest lessons in that moment that sometimes the hardest fight is learning not to fight at all.

So, all of energy went into me, healing my pain cycle’s, getting off my crutches, off the meds and getting out of bed.

I dreamt of getting back on my roller skates, which I did this year, I dreamt of walking 10k steps without pain, which I did this year, I dreamt about dancing again which I did this year, I dreamt about giving my daughter and husband their lives back after caring for me, I dreamt of writing books, building my spiritual business and serving others in the most beautiful ways and waking up someday without feeling the pain in my physical body from my illness all of which I did this year.

I took the opportunity to become the leader of my own life, I changed my mindset, I healed my soul, the deep trauma and wounding that contributed to my pain, shifting and transmuting the negative energy that I had held captive in my system which led to my illness and the debilitating pain that I lived with.

And because I chose to move through this with spirit by my side, because I healed the darkest parts of me, I stepped int unlocking the real authentic version of myself. It almost feels like a clearing of the mind, body and soul, bringing in more light so that spirit bring in the rewards to align with the trust and surrender that you lean into. The dissolving of the ego self, the dark night of the soul shadow work to show where focus needs to be and light is needed to be shone. And with that light the authentic version unfolds beautifully, the real self, the most integral self who puts service of the collective first, who works to better the world, to lift the vibrational frequency around them in the hopes it will ripple. And that is when you are more open to receive. Receive the rewards, the wealth, the abundance in so many ways because spirit will always reward you when you are aligned to your soul purpose.

By putting me first

By healing my trauma

By never giving up

By finding my purpose

By understanding myself

By learning and studying

By resting

By having fun

By setting strong boundaries

By leading with love

And most of all by doing the thing that scares the Patriarchy the most,

By standing in my sovereign feminine power and listening and leading with my intuition.
