She has certifications in Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistics Programming, Life & Success Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Breathwork Facilitation. Her signature program Feminine Flow Formula blends science and spirituality for the ultimate breakthrough her clients need.

What kind of work do you do?

My work involves educating women on menstrual cycle awareness. I help menstruating women change the way they think about time by adopting a cyclical approach to productivity, and how their menstrual cycle can be used as their superpower in business verses looking at it as a curse.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

I knew I was going to be an entrepreneur the day I started my first job at 16 years old. I didn't like being told what to do or having to ask to use the bathroom. Entrepreneurship was always in the back of my mind.

Throughout, the years I have tried several different business models but ultimately coaching was the only thing I was passionate about.

Technically, I was coaching before I knew it was a thing.

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?

When I started my business I really struggled with marketing. I mean badly! I was trying to do what I saw my favorite coach do instead of marketing from my strength.

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?

Nope, I never thought about quitting or giving up. If something didn't work out I just switched routes. I believe there is more than one way to achieve my goal(s). Do the work until it works.

What have you learned since beginning?

I have learned that I hold all the answers to my success. There is no need for me to seek external validation.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?

The best advice I received was actually a quote I read " Don't seek success, but seek to become a person of value." This quote has really stuck with me through the years.

What advice would you give someone just starting out?

Please don't compare yourself to someone who has been in this industry longer than you. Find a coach or mentor with integrity that has a framework that can get you results. Please don't fall into the marketing lifestyle trap because 90% of the time online coaches only show the highlights. Please please please properly vet a coach before hiring them and ask great questions.

What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?

My podcast, I am absolutely not a tech person and I taught myself how to record, upload, and edit my show all in one week. My podcast launched Oct 2020.

Is there a book you’d recommend to help with success and personal development?

My book recommendation would be Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less By Greg McKeown

Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?

Yes, cycle syncing. I align my life and business around the phases of my menstrual cycle. This is actually what I teach in my signature program Feminine Flow Formula. By aligning my cycle with my schedule I have more fulfillment, flow, and most importantly little to no PMS symptoms.

How has social media played a factor in your success?

I love social media. I am able to connect with women worldwide. Without social media I wouldn't have clients to be honest.

What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?

Trying to be on every platform without a plan. To be honest, you really need one primary platform and the others you can use to repurpose content.

What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?

Any scheduling app. I am currently using a scheduling app that does everything from payment, scheduling, and emailing.

Is there something you wish everyone knew?

I wish everyone knew that they are enough.

 Tashe Allen

What’s coming up for you in the next few months?

In the next couple of months I will be adding an additional service to my program Feminine Flow Formula that will support women who are experiencing PMS and PMDD and its affecting how they are showing up in their business. I will be teaching women how to balance their hormones naturally through self car and life style changes.

What has being successful taught you?

You will need to do a lot of internal healing and self image work, you can only go so far with your current identity.

What are some fun facts about you?

I am a wine enthusiast and enjoy making wine in my kitchen.
