Please tell us, who are you and what work do you do?

I am an empowerment transformation and accountability coach who helps clients overcome and reprogram limiting beliefs and amplify their inner fire so they can live into their life’s purpose.

Basically I like to call myself a “Get the FUCK out of your own way” coach.

I help people overcome trauma from their past , rediscover their purpose and give them the tools to life on THEIR terms.

I have dedicated my life to helping one million people who in turn help one million people to create a huge ripple of healing and self acceptance in the world.

What got you started as an entrepreneur?

Two words. Childhood rape. What I went through as a child from 8 to 16 messed my life up. So much anger. So much sorrow and betrayal.

I suffered through three difficult marriages. Several suicide attempts with the last one in 2009.

Waking up with my oldest daughter at my hospital bedside was an eye opener.

Now I want to “collapse time” for others. I don’t want them to suffer for years like I did.

If I can help one person not face their child crying because they almost died….then everything I suffered through was worth it.

What's the #1 thing you've learned since becoming an entrepreneur?

That is takes brass balls to be an entrepreneur. You don’t clock in And out and get a reliable pay.

It’s hard work and sometimes you want to quit. Sometimes you want to quit every minute.

Don’t…if Your mission is to serve then don’t quit. The outcome is so worth it.

Congratulations on being a featured author in I'm a F*cking Entrepreneur Vol. 1! What's been your favorite part of being a in this project?

Thank you!! I am beyond excited about this. Being apart of a life changing book with eight other badass soulful entrepreneurs is more then I can adequately explain.

Knowing the good that will come from this project warms my heart.

How do you feel this book will help readers?

I told someone if you read this book and you are NOT different afterwards I have to wonder if you have a soul. The stories shared are shocking, horrific, funny and incredibly relatable. Knowing what these authors went through what they did with their lives IN SPITE of it and how they survived….not survived but THRIVED…is epic. You walk away knowing YOU can do it to! Along with the fact that each author offers do-able actions steps to help the read. Steps that can immediately be implemented.

Was their a part of your story that was difficult to share?

ALL of my story was difficult. Knowing I can and have received backlash from it. Reliving it as I wrote it. Being vulnerable is always a risk. But I had to do it because if my story can save one person and I DON'T share it would be extremely selfish.

Is there a piece of advice you wish every entrepreneur could know?

I’ll reiterate what I tell everyone. Don’t quit. Regroup, ground, rest but don’t quit. The world needs your story and what you have to offer.
