From Sara:

Have you ever had a dream? Something you want to do, achieve or become in order to make a difference in the world? Research shows that the two common desires of all people are to be loved and to make a positive impact on the world. I was a shy girl who didn’t speak for a year when she first went to Montessori school; who cried when having to do a presentation in front of my 5^th grade class, yet my dream was to become a folk singer and change the world through my music. Who would have through that this scared little girl would overcome her fear and become a speaker performer and trainer on hundreds of stages in 5 continents for over 20 years? I became a licensed psycho therapist, a healing Tao instructor and got my master’s in clinical psychology along with numerous certifications like neuro linguistic programming emotional Transformation therapy and Parent Child Interactive Therapy to name a few.

Don’t let my calm and caring demeanor fool you, I am a passionate force to be reckoned with when it comes to helping mission driven entrepreneurs go from self-doubt and self-sabotage to empowered movers and shakers.

Through my training, coaching and mentorship programs, my clients have built successful Movements impactful nonprofits and have grown and scaled their businesses exponentially. When is now your time to step up, make a difference and live the life of your dreams?

What kind of work do you do?

I train and coach entrepreneurs to become powerful leaders so they can expand their influence, make a bigger impact and experience joy and fulfillment while they grow and scale their business.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

Was tired of the 9-5 lifestyle, was missing the creativity and joy that I had experienced as a singer and trainer

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?

Learning social media

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?

I have lived a very full and joyful life, knowing what was possible made it easier to do the next action and keep going.

What have you learned since beginning?

Stay focused on your goal, keep your belief strong, get support, and keep going

What’s the best advice you’ve received?

Listen to your heart, take care of your body and stay in control of your mind

What advice would you give someone just starting out?

Clarity is the foundation of success; it is the first pillar of my prosperity program. You have to have a clear mission and purpose, you need to know where you want to go, what is your goal, then be flexible on the journey. Be easy on yourself

What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?

Creating and filling a successful video marketing course in one month.

Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?

Develop the ability to clear your mind and let it relax every day, practice yoga every day even if just for 15 minutes.

Is there something you wish everyone knew?

The secret to living a fulfilling life is to embrace all emotions. It is in the expression and acceptance of ourselves and our experience as sentient beings that allows us to live fully in the moment and let our hearts be full.

What’s coming up for you in the next few months?

Launching the second in my series of video visibility courses. It has been such a joy to watch entrepreneurs step in front of the camera and become empowered leaders. I get to witness the personal growth that my students achieve in the process of learning to make profitable videos.

What has being successful taught you?

Success comes from being aligned with your passion, being true to your dreams and committing to whatever it takes to make them come alive.

What are some fun facts about you?

I speak three languages, Spanish, Portuguese and English, I love to challenge myself physically in nature, like rock climbing, backpacking, ocean swimming and outrigging.
