Interview with Tami Goulet
Please tell us about yourself and your work.
I'm Tami Goulet, a Certified Energy Healer, Transformation Guide, International Speaker and Author, and creator of the C.I.R.C.L.E. Method. Through my work at Speak Your Soul Magicks, I help women reconnect with their truth, release what no longer serves them, and step into sacred alignment with their soul-led life. My work blends trauma-aware healing with intuitive mentoring and practical soul support — creating transformation that is both structured and deeply felt.
What kind of work do you do?
I work one-on-one with women who are navigating life shifts, spiritual awakenings, and healing journeys. Through the C.I.R.C.L.E. Method and my intuitive healing sessions, I help clients shift from overwhelm, over-functioning, and people-pleasing into clarity, nervous system regulation, and empowered co-creation. My work is rooted in both the energetics and the embodiment — it's spiritual, emotional, actionable, and practical.
What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
I knew I had to create something I couldn’t find when I needed it most. After moving through my own deep trauma healing and awakening journey, I realized how many women were still stuck in cycles of burnout, guilt, or invisibility — trying to lead lives that no longer fit because they were created from expectation and not from soul and heart knowing. I felt called to offer a new path forward. One that holds both the sacred and the practical. One that says: you’re not broken — you’re remembering who you are.
What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
Honestly, learning how to show up fully and authentically as myself. There’s so much noise out there, and I had to break through my own fears around visibility, worth, and imposter syndrome. I also had to learn how to build systems that supported me — not just what others told me I “should” do. That part took time and deep unlearning, especially after 25+ years in corporate.
Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
Yes — more than once. There were times when it felt like nothing was working and I questioned if it was worth it. But what kept me going were the individuals who kept showing up in my inbox saying, "I needed this. I feel like you’re speaking directly to me." Their reflections reminded me that this work is bigger than me — it’s soul work.
What have you learned since beginning?
That sustainable growth comes from alignment, not hustle. That trauma healing and entrepreneurship often go hand in hand. And that the more I soften into my true self, the more magnetic and effective I become. People don’t need perfection — they need presence.
What’s the best advice you’ve received?
"That you're not going to be for everyone." AND "People are going to judge you anyway, so why not do what you want to be doing?" Both of these have gotten me through more than one situation. The acceptance that "I'm not for everyone" allows me to continue showing up as myself, because while I'm not for everyone, I am for some people. The same is true with being judged. Humans judge - ourselves, others, the weather, drivers, prices, you name it - humans judge it all. So, whether I live to please everyone else or myself, I will still be judged. So I may as well live for myself and be happy rather than for everyone else and be unhappy.
What advice would you give someone just starting out?
Start before you feel fully ready. Let it be imperfect and let it be real. The clarity comes through the doing. Also, build a business that honors your energy, not just your ambitions. If this means that you need a solid foundation before you launch yourself, then do that. If it means that you need to fly by the seat of your pants, then do that, but just do it - the way that feels best for you. AND every day, do something that scares you.
What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?
Every time a client finishes a session with me, whether it's the C.I.R.C.L.E. Method program, an energy healing or a psychic reading, and tells me, "Thank you! I needed to hear that, I feel like me again," that’s the win. Watching them reclaim their voice, their boundaries, their joy — that’s the real reward.
Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?
Honestly? I gravitate toward fiction more than non-fiction. Fiction stretches the mind, awakens the senses, and expands our awareness of both the seen and unseen. It teaches us to imagine new worlds, form deep connections with characters, and open up to infinite possibilities.
And isn’t that exactly what we’re doing when we manifest or co-create with the Universe?
So instead of a specific reading list, I recommend finding books that captivate you. Stories that stir something in your soul. Let them teach you how to feel more, see differently, and become more fully yourself — because that’s where your power lies.
Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?
No, not really, actually. I am all about following my own rhythm and flow while integrating spiritual practices into my everyday routines. When I'm grabbing my cup of coffee, I stir my intentions into it for the day, and as I drink it, I embody them. If I need a break in the middle of the day, I'll take it. If inspiration strikes at night, I follow it — no rules, just rhythm. For me, it really is all about honoring myself and my energy.
How has social media played a factor in your success?
Social media has allowed me to speak directly to the individuals I’m here to serve. It’s not about performing — it’s about creating connection and resonance. When I post from my heart, the right people find me.
What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?
Trying to speak to everyone. Or mimicking what other people are doing instead of listening to myself and my intuition. The most magnetic content is the most honest, often raw and vulnerable.
What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?
JotForm and Square for seamless bookings and payments, Canva for brand visuals, and ChatGPT (my biz bestie) for copy clarity and emotional alignment.
Is there something you wish everyone knew?
That your fear doesn’t mean you’re failing — it means you’re expanding. And that more often than not, you actually need to move forward WITH fear and not in the absence of fear. Also, you don’t have to “heal it all” before you get started. You are worthy now. You are capable now. You are ready now.
What’s coming up for you in the next few months?
I’m currently welcoming new 1:1 clients into the C.I.R.C.L.E. Method program, launching an "Everyday Magicks: Unlocking Your Intuition, One Step at a Time ✨" group program, taking part in Psychic & Crystal Shows, and preparing to lead more seasonal workshops that blend energy healing, crystal work, and home alignment. It’s a season of sacred deepening.
What has being successful taught you?
That success isn’t a goal — it’s a frequency, a vibration. When I align with my truth, honor my nervous system, and show up with my heart and soul, success finds me.
What are some fun facts about you?
I’m a Sagittarius sun with an Aquarius moon and Aquarius rising — Big-picture truth and soul expansion — that’s how I love and lead.

I have a Pop-Up Crystal Shop that travels with me to events.
I call my marketing strategy "practical magick."
