I'm Wendy Vigdor-Hess, here to help people embark on a transformative journey. My mission is to guide you towards awakening, self-discovery, and leading a life filled with love, freedom, empowerment and purpose.

As a visionary, empowerment and health coach, empath, and intuitive healer, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work. I see you as your own source of healing and empowerment, helping you recognize your inner wisdom and strength. My coaching programs are designed to support your journey from a state of "doing" to simply "being yourself" in a loving and self-led life.

What kind of work do you do?

As a Reiki Master Teacher, visionary, Akashic Records Practitioner, Certified Coach, empath, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Shaman, New Earth Medicine Woman, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Womb Wisdom Practitioner, and intuitive healer, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work.

I'm passionate about witnessing the profound changes and transformations that occur when people step into their power, embrace self-love, and reconnect with their inner voices. My goal is to help you reawaken your true self, listen to your inner guidance, and shine your unique gifts out into the world.

Through online programs, coaching, speaking, healing sessions, and a deep connection with nature, I guide you through a journey of alchemy, turning chaos into calm. My approach, rooted in kindness and intuition, allows you to illuminate your light and nurture your inner child. These shifts lead to lasting improvements in health, happiness, and connection, enabling you to thrive in life.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

I've had a lot of experiences in my life. I feel the wisdom I've gleaned through living it, is helpful for supporting others. Being an entrepreneur best lent itself to that.

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?

Lack of confidence because it was all new to me.

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?

Yes, many times I have felt like quitting but it is my calling and I have to do this.

What have you learned since beginning?

I've learned so many things and if I had to choose just one main theme it is to take imperfect action in the direction of this dream that I have and to not worry about "failing"; It is all part of the journey.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?

Stay authentic and true to who you are.

What advice would you give someone just starting out?

To keep going for it, to ask questions and not give up. Stay true to changing and evolving yourself so you can be the best version of you to share, guide and support the people that resonate with you.

What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?

There are many things and to choose one, I say writing my book: Sweetness Without Sugar: A Resource Guide For Delicious Dairy-, Egg- and Gluten-Free Treats Made With Healthy Sweeteners

Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?

Again, so many to choose from and narrowed down, I'd say: The Four Agreements and The Alchemist

Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?

Stay in the fun and follow my heart while knowing the tasks that need to be completed. Taking care of my own body, mind, and spirit to remain aligned and in high vibration to best support myself and others.

How has social media played a factor in your success?

It is a great way for me to connect with my audience and share who I am.

What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?

People trying to be like other people, impersonating others, and not being authentic. Just Be You!

What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?

Having a coach for myself to continue to level up and to always be learning and growing.

Is there something you wish everyone knew?

Do Your Inner Work; People try to change "out there" and it doesn't work.

That being successful is an Inside Job

What are some fun facts about you?

I'm a mom who loves to travel, walk and commune with nature, create things, dance, practice ceremony, walk and be on the beach and to be with my family and friends. As a random fun experience to share, many years ago, I was in the Macy's Day Parade.
