Raquel Soto is a mindset strategist, transformation coach, and host of One Breakthrough Now—a groundbreaking TV show airing on YouTube, Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire. Known as Your GPS for Success, Raquel helps high-achieving individuals decode limiting patterns and create rapid inner shifts that align with their highest potential.

What kind of work do you do?
I help people experience deep, identity-level breakthroughs that rewire how they think, feel, and show up in their everyday lives. Through neuroscience, language, and spiritually aligned tools, I guide clients out of survival patterns and into a version of themselves that manifests peace, purpose, and prosperity. My show, One Breakthrough Now, brings that experience to the screen—one shift at a time.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
I didn’t set out to be an entrepreneur—I set out to heal. I was navigating trauma, depression, and single motherhood while still holding onto this undeniable sense that my life was meant to impact others. Entrepreneurship became the path that allowed me to alchemize that pain into purpose. I didn’t just want freedom; I wanted to be the example that freedom was possible.

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
Honestly, believing people would pay for inner work. I knew the transformation I offered was deep—but because it wasn’t always tangible right away, I doubted whether it could sell. Learning how to communicate the value of unseen breakthroughs was the game-changer.

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
Many times. Especially when I was pouring out but still felt unseen. What kept me going was the moment someone messaged me and said, “That one post? It stopped me from ending my life.” I realized this work isn’t just personal development. It’s soul work. And soul work never returns void.

What have you learned since beginning?
That the version of you who starts the business cannot be the one who sustains or scales it. You’ll constantly be invited to upgrade your identity, your capacity, and your sense of worth. If you don't grow, your business can’t either.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?
You don’t have to prove your power. You just have to embody it.

What advice would you give someone just starting out?
Don’t wait to “feel ready.” Start small, stay open, and focus on alignment over applause. When you prioritize internal clarity, external results begin to reflect that.

What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?
Launching One Breakthrough Now, my weekly show that airs globally. It’s not just a show—it’s a frequency shift. Viewers have written in saying one episode rewired how they speak to themselves. That’s impact.

Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?
The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza
The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
● And for anyone spiritually curious: Switch On Your Brain by Dr. Caroline Leaf

Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?
Yes. Every morning, I anchor into my identity with three things:
1. Declarations that align my words with my vision.
2. Stillness, even if it’s five minutes.
3. Movement—whether it’s walking or breathwork, I activate my body so it can support the energy of what I’m building.

How has social media played a factor in your success?
It’s been everything. It’s how I built trust, gave voice to my message, and created movement around my work. Most of my clients have worked with me because something I posted landed at just the right time. That’s not strategy alone. That’s alignment.

What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?
● Trying to convince rather than connect.
● Over-explaining instead of emotionally resonating.
● Speaking from the wound instead of the wisdom you’ve gained from it.

What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?
Messenger and Zoom/Google Meet for client intimacy. Canva for visuals. And honestly? My journal. So much clarity has been born on those pages before it ever hit a funnel or sales page.

Is there something you wish everyone knew?
You’re not broken. You’re patterned. And every pattern can be rewritten when you stop managing symptoms and start addressing the system you’re operating from.

What’s coming up for you in the next few months?
The release of my workbook Rewire Reality, designed to accompany One Breakthrough Now. I’m also launching an anthology titled Saying Yes to the Whisper, featuring women who dared to listen to the quiet prompt that changed their lives. That will be released on 11/11.

What has being successful taught you?
That real success is who you become when no one’s watching. It’s how quiet your inner world becomes even when the external world is loud. It’s peace, not just profit.

What are some fun facts about you?
● I wear a compass necklace because I believe we all have an internal GPS.
● I write custom theme songs for entrepreneurs and TV shows.
● I’ve been known to turn breakthrough moments into spoken-word music tracks.
