Meet Donna Henhoeffer... Body Resonance Healer

core wound healer entrepreneur spirituality women in business Feb 13, 2022

I am Donna Henhoeffer and a Body Resonance Healer. I help individuals heal their chronic illness and personal trauma by guiding them to activate their inner power.

When my own chronic illness Endometriosis became crippling and all consuming, I finally said enough because all the doctors and specialists steered me to a hysterectomy at 42 and a voice inside me said, become Whole. So I set out to find alternative solutions to replace the  numbing medications and surgery suggestions with no plan, rather to discover how to become whole and heal my body that was attacking her. I learned how healing happens, activated my own inner power to heal and today I am fully healed. Still resting in the back of my mind was one-day…one day I would bring hope to the 200million women living with this incurable illness and inspire a new form of reproductive health.

What kind of work do you do?

As a Body Resonance Healer my umbrella intention is to bring every individual into a place of harmony within their physical body and in alignment with the frequency of the nurturing planet earth we live on.

Individual sessions include activating, charging and integrating energetic vibrational frequencies that surround the individual - the frequencies that the client themselves are not able to fully integrate into their own body. I do this by working with her spiritual guides, nature’s gifts and the client’s energy field. In essence, I become the conductor of the vibrations and attune them with the client’s field in a fully grounded way. Clients leave with the grounded sense of empowered embodiment; an almost larger than life sensation owning their power.

I collaborate and co-partner with Dr. Yasmilde, Intuitive Healer, Neuroscientist, Founder of EQUALLIBRIUM. Together we guide clients through the Self-Empowerment Blueprint in order that clients learn to understand and navigate their invisible print in order to heal and grow beyond the limitations of their minds, personal trauma and energetic disconnection.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

l move hundreds of miles from home following a sudden divorce. Everything I tried, left me not feeling that sense of wholeness or purpose. A combination of a new city and new people it became apparent that I needed to become more in my own power to find the leader within. In both instances.

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?

In two words: self-sabotage. As if taking on so much information from others in an attempt to learn more and more and never fully putting it into practice I found I truly was my biggest struggle.  Working with great intentionality, I mastered The Rewiring Cycle and learned how to replace the subconscious programming I was running in order to step on a new fresh path. Having worked over 30 years as a chef and event planner prior to that, getting online and starting out new was both exciting and fearful. It took time to get in the groove. The brilliant part is, I get to do both now and I am feeling pretty proud of myself.

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?

Giving up or quitting was not something I ever considered. Ultimately I knew I needed to stop pushing for the outcomes I expected, loosen my control and be open to what else might be possible from a place of expectance. In learning to trust the bigger plan, the word ‘quitting’ actually left my vocabulary, to be replaced with What’s Next!

What have you learned since beginning?

The true meaning of manifestation. When not in alignment with the highest outcome for my clients and their personal transformations, I know that my energy is dispersed and simply not serving them. I intend to show up as the best I can as I become more of me. In this way, everyone wins.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?

Get out of your own way.

Listen. And Just Show Up.

What advice would you give someone just starting out?

Play with it. Take small steps every day even if it seems daunting. AND take it from Neo in the Matrix: When life gets tough…remember there is no spoon!

What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?

Taking my friendship with Dr. Yasmilde to the next level, allowing her to mentor me, and then to co-partner in the private practice she founded. Together we are able to serve more fully.

I now stand in a much more connected space with myself, the planet and the universe, know that amazing new vistas are on the horizon and that I am open to align to what is right for me. This too brings a sense of personal pride that pulls me forward…because we are never done.

Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?

Finding Yourself In The Wild New World: Martha Beck

The Power of 8 by Lynn McTaggart

Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich

**with all books, we can read them time and again to find the nuggets meant for us and our path. Ultimately read anything that inspires you…or now with podcasts and youtube, listen wisely!!!

Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?

Meditating early in the morning, accepting and following the wisdom and guidance.

A morning and evening Anti-Stress Routine so I am fully grounded and clear for the day.

Be open to what presents and the ability to be fluid in order that an even better outcome might present itself.

How has social media played a factor in your success?

Social media has definitely opened me up to meet more people and have a global reach for virtual services. It is exciting times for what is ahead and since I enjoy putting my self on camera, it’s perhaps easier than some…even though I am still learning so very much.

What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?

I am certainly no expert in this, I guess I accept it all as learning and a Miss Take. I know for myself consistency helps to keep me visible.

What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?

Canva and Google Docs - I know there are all kinds of tools, and these two I use daily, so helpful - 100%.

Is there something you wish everyone knew?

That we all have different areas in our lives that are impacted. Just because someone else seems further ahead or in a better position, just know that their path is their own, and stay on yours because you never know who needs your unique flavour. Be Authentically You.

What’s coming up for you in the next few months?

March is Endometriosis Awareness month, and I am choose to spread hope instead of the ‘fight’ to be a warrior. I know you can not truly heal something until we love it first and why we brought this experience into our life. As more and more women open up to the fact that there are alternative solutions to heal outside of what they are being told, I know I am part of that change.

The last week of March we will host a 4-Part Series BREAKING THE CHRONIC ILLNESS CYCLE and share the process both myself and Dr. Yasmilde used to heal and leave our illnesses behind. It’s the same process and solution we use with our clients every day.

I am heading to EGYPT to take part in Path of Consciousness joining the I AM to connected the Planetary Network and Sow a New Humanity in Harmony with the Evolution of the Earth. The world has been under incredible shifts these past few years, and many feel it and are not able to connect to themselves. At the core it is waking individuals up to choose to energetically align and become the change they wish to see in the world. My heart sits in the core of this because we are the planet, the earth and are always able to heal when we take our cues from Gaia herself.  As a Fairy - and lover of this planet, there are exciting shifts ahead in my work…and I am in the process of bringing together others who are interested in building new food systems where they might not otherwise have access to food.

We started The Children of the Future Foundation with a mission to become the alternative venue for building holistic health and emotional resilience in children 4-12 so that they feel empowered, whole and happy in their own identity. This summer will be a launch program!!!

What has being successful taught you?

I make it happen simply by showing up. I end each day writing in my gratitude journal remembering what sparked my heart today and or how I sparked another.

What are some fun facts about you?

I am a Fairy.

I play with Quantum Astrology and Numerology.

I laugh at least 35% of every day. It’s one of the highest vibrations.

I High-Five one of my plants every day - I have one big leaf on my philodendron.

I play the Electric Air-Violin with Escala to the song Palladio.

I was featured in Canada Fashion Magazine teaching people How To Eat.
