What kind of work do you do?
I help overwhelmed women simplify their lives and grow their businesses through heart-centered strategies and gentle, sustainable systems. I’m the founder of The ART Skool, where I teach my signature calm communication framework—Allow, Reset, Thrive—alongside digital tools for emotional wellness and personal transformation. One of my newest offerings inside The ART Skool is the Serenity Growth Guide, a growing product and community packed with business-boosting strategies, automation trainings, and plug-and-play templates for female entrepreneurs who want to grow without burning out.
What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
I started selling online during the pandemic, feeling isolated with two little ones and craving connection. After years of working with overwhelmed moms on emotional wellness, I realized I could combine my passion for healing with my love for strategy. I didn’t just want to grow a business—I wanted to build a safe space for women like me who were tired of doing it all alone. That’s when The ART Skool was born.
What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
The overwhelm. I was trying to piece together different programs, advice, and tech tools, and I constantly felt like I wasn’t doing enough. I also struggled with the pressure to show up perfectly online. It wasn’t until I learned how to simplify my systems and trust my own pace that I finally gained traction.
Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
Absolutely. I had a breaking point when my child fell down the stairs while I was glued to my laptop, trying to keep up with all the marketing noise. I realized I was building the opposite of the life I wanted. What kept me going was knowing I had to figure out a better way—for myself, and for the women I was called to help.
What have you learned since beginning?
That burnout isn’t a badge of honor. You can grow something powerful while also protecting your peace. Also, just because you can do everything yourself doesn’t mean you should.
What’s the best advice you’ve received?
“Do it messy.” You don’t need to have it all figured out before you serve others. Your voice, your experiences, and your imperfect action can still change lives.
What advice would you give someone just starting out?
Start with one thing, one offer, and one audience. You don’t need to do everything to make an impact. Stay consistent, stay connected to your purpose, and keep it simple.
What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?
Launching the Serenity Growth Guide and watching overwhelmed women finally say, “This makes sense—I can do this!” It’s not just a course; it’s a movement. And knowing that my systems are helping other women create income with peace of mind? That means everything.
Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?
The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest
The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
And honestly, my all-in-one activity book, The Ultimate ART Journal
Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?
Yes! I love journaling for 5–10 minutes, setting goals/ intentions, and gratitude always. It’s how I stay grounded.
How has social media played a factor in your success?
It’s been the bridge between my story and the women who needed to hear it. Sharing vulnerable posts, behind-the-scenes, and offering value with no strings attached helped me build genuine trust. It’s how my waitlists and sales pages come to life.
What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?
- Overthinking and under-connecting.
Selling too much without storytelling.
Copying trends without understanding their audience.
People crave authenticity more than polish.
What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?
Go High Level—hands down. It powers everything I do, from nurturing leads to delivering full digital courses. It’s the backbone of both The ART Skool and the Serenity Growth Guide.
Is there something you wish everyone knew?
That you don’t have to trade your peace for progress. Building a meaningful business can feel good. It just needs to be rooted in who you are—not who the internet tells you to be.
What’s coming up for you in the next few months?
I’m expanding the Serenity Growth Guide into a full membership hub with a 9-level system that unlocks new trainings, resources, and bonuses based on participation—not pressure. I’m also hosting live challenges to help women create momentum with their business without sacrificing their wellbeing.
What has being successful taught you?
That success isn’t about how loud you are—it’s about how aligned you feel. And when you build a business that supports your lifestyle instead of draining it, that’s real freedom.
What are some fun facts about you?
I’m a former nanny (loved "my kids" before my kids).
I weld cracked plastic drawers with a smile and a hair tie. Seriously, love to learn anything!
I absolutely love automation.
I am the youngest of 13 kids.
I can turn any life lesson into a metaphor about butterflies. 🦋
