Interview with Rebecca Nicoll, author in Words of Wisdom Volume 1

Please tell us who you are and what work you do?

I am someone who has a passion for helping others live their best lives, in a healthy, clean, sustainable way, amongst the "busy busy" of today's lifestyle. I do this leading by example, as I buzz around the world as a flight attendant, squeezing every drop of healthy living into my own busy life.

Congratulations on being a featured author in Words of Wisdom Volume 1!

What's been your favourite part of being in this project

Actually seeing how far I've grown, both long term, and even in the short term past. Life is a journey with more than one path and we don't really notice how far we've actually come till we actively look.

How do you feel this book will help readers?

This book is filled with little nuggets of advice from those who've lived it. And because it's from many different authors there's many different perspectives to learn from, thus there's always one to resonant more closely with different people.

Is there a piece of advice you wish everyone could know?

Don't give up. If you give up you've already lost. It may take time, it may be difficult, you may get there in a completely different way to what you expect - or even end up in a completely different place! - but if you give up you'll never get to see the awesomeness.
