What kind of work do you do? I create content, tools, and resources for women in midlife transition — especially those rebuilding after burnout. My work sits at the intersection of personal growth, wellness, mindset, and sustainable productivity. I help women create a gentler way back to clarity, confidence, and momentum.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur? Honestly, I got to a point where the old way of living and working just stopped working for me. After 3 decades in corporate, hustle culture, burnout, health challenges, and a major life reset, I knew I wanted to build something rooted in truth, freedom, and lived experience. I didn’t want to just recover — I wanted to reinvent. Now I feel called to help other women reconnect with who they really are and build a life aligned with that.
What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business? Clarity. My ADHD brain had a lot of ideas, I have a lot of lived experience, and a lot I wanted to say — but pulling it into one clear brand and message took time. Like a lot of women, I was also unlearning hustle culture while trying to build something meaningful.
Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting? Yes — more than once. Reinvention is messy, and building something from scratch can bring up every doubt you’ve ever had. Imposter syndrome is real, and fear of judgement is, too. What kept me going was knowing that the women I want to help don’t need perfection from me — they need honesty, proof, and permission to keep going, too.

What have you learned since beginning? I’ve learned that consistency doesn’t have to look intense to be powerful. Sustainable success is built by listening to your capacity, honoring your season, and continuing anyway. And success for you doesn't have to look like it would for other people. I'm also leaning into building a new community and network for myself, where I actually feel like I belong and can make an impact.
What’s the best advice you’ve received? Build the business in a way your body and life can actually sustain. That advice changed how I work, create, and define success.
What advice would you give someone just starting out? Start before you feel ready, but start simply. You do not need a perfect brand, perfect plan, or perfect confidence. You need clarity on who you help, honesty about what you know, and the willingness to keep showing up long enough to get better at what you do.
What’s the professional win you’re most proud of? Honestly, it’s not one metric — it’s building a body of work that truly reflects who I am now. I’m proud that I’ve turned my lived experience into something that helps other women feel less alone, less broken, and more possible.
Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development? Atomic Habits by James Clear is a game changer for building consistent habits that move you toward your goals. But I'm actually more of a podcast person. Jay Shetty, Steve Burns, and Mel Robbins are my favorites for personal development.
Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it? Yes — but it’s more about rhythm than rigid routine. I protect my sleep, prioritize protein and hydration, strength train, walk, and work with my energy instead of against it. In business, I batch content, keep a sustainable schedule, and let capacity get a vote.
How has social media played a factor in your success? I was an early adopter of social media, which has been huge for visibility, connection, and trust-building. It’s allowed me to share my story in real time, connect with women who deeply resonate with my message, and build a brand around authenticity instead of performance.
What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made? Trying to sound impressive instead of being real. Creating content only to be seen instead of to connect. People are craving honesty, specificity, and substance — not more polished noise. Also, trying to be on all of the platforms all the time. It's best to focus on where your target audience spends time, and produce quality, high value content there.
What is the business tool that’s been most helpful? Generative & agentic AI has literally changed the way I work, and expanded my capacity. Without it, I never would have been able to retire from my corporate career 20 years earlier than planned, to focus on building a business of my own.
Is there something you wish everyone knew? Yes — you are never too old, too late, or too broken to reinvent your life. And you do not have to earn rest, softness, or a new beginning by burning yourself out first.
What’s coming up for you in the next few months? I’m continuing to expand Reinvention with Jenn Fast, grow my content ecosystem, and develop new resources for women in transition. I'll soon be launching The Rewrite: A 5-step Journey to Clarity and Confidence as a course and membership community, writing several books, along with a few other exciting projects in the works. And I'm continuing to interview inspiring women on The Comeback Show podcast.
What has being successful taught you? That success feels very different when it’s aligned. It’s less about proving and more about peace. Less about pushing and more about building a life and business that actually feel good to live inside.
What are some fun facts about you? I'm a big-time nerd (an MBA & card-carrying member of MENSA) who loves true crime podcasts and science fiction. I'm a three-time wife and mother to two funny, smart, and awe-inspiring daughters. And I am fueled by protein coffee and emojis.
