Please tell us, who are you and what work do you do?
Who am I? I'm a child of God, my creator. I'm a spirit and a soul having a human experience in this temporary clothing called the flesh. I'm a mother of two amazing children who are authors. My son Author Isaiah Goosby-Pepple is in the Heavenly spiritual realm. My daughter Author Seaira Goosby is a certified Life Coach in college. She enjoys working with the deaf community.
I'm an author, poet, songwriter, ghostwriter, and freelancer. In addition, I’m a former substitute teacher for all grades that enjoys instructing conversational English, writing wedding vows, and wedding proposals. I’ve published children's books under my pen name Bella Kentrella on Amazon and other online bookstores. Teaching kids through story poems is amazing.
Also on Amazon, you can find my short inspirational books, "Through It All" and "The Pain Was Not In Vain," therapeutic journals for children and adults. To add, I have books on how to write and self-publish books, coping with terminal illness, sexual trauma, and more. I look forward to bringing updated editions to my older books soon. I'm a certified spiritual and forgiveness life coach. I enjoy helping people heal layers of trauma and come into freedom and fulfillment by embracing enjoyment, creative writing, growing their inner creative, through different forms of art, inner child healing, and other spiritual practices. I’m currently creating my first two courses; one is on how to write and publish books, and the other one is on dealing with breakups and divorce. Self-love and self-care are the main focus. I look forward to releasing new music and poems in the near future.
What got you started as an entrepreneur?
A series of traumatic as well as good events lead to my journey as an entrepreneur. I have always had the desire to help those who are hurting emotionally and mentally. My intentions are to help others overcome similar experiences that I have. Such as abandonment, rejection, being a foster kid, sexual trauma, dealing with divorce, breakups, and losing a child or a parent. I love encouraging others, coaching them in self-love and self-care. I desire to collaborate with other artists, coaches, advocates for foster kids and children who are terminally ill. I'm an aspiring screenwriter, voice-over actress, and photographer. Studying real estate on and off for years has been exciting. Making a difference in this area soon excites me too.
What got me started in entrepreneurship was I received a prophecy around 18 that I would be a business owner. Listening to entrepreneurs' testimonials on YouTube, personal development books, and courses inspired me. Aspiring to be my own boss and employer versus an employee was a dream of mine. Being mistreated at jobs and lied on also motivated me to do something different than the average 9 to 5 employee. Freedom, fulfillment, and flexibility were calling me. Expanding on my family background, my great-grandfather had successful businesses. He owned real estate property and was the proud owner of Beauchamp's Sausage and Market grocery store. Along with tips from my Aunt Veronica Taylor who exposed me to entrepreneur training and books like” Rich Dad Poor Dad” and more.
What's the #1 thing you learned since becoming an entrepreneur? The #1 thing I've learned since becoming an entrepreneur is to trust my God-given intuition, instincts, and to be my own biggest cheerleader. To believe in ourselves can be easier said than done. Sometimes we have to encourage ourselves and strengthen our faith muscle again. Especially, when things don't seem like they're working out.

What's your favorite part about being in this project? My favorite thing about being a part of this project is working with Amanda Rose. Her courses and books have helped me tremendously over the past two years. It was nice to get encouragement and support throughout the process. Although I joined at the last minute, she welcomed me with open arms. It's power in numbers. Unity and divine connections mean so much to me. However, I don't know most of my co-authors yet but I’m happy for them. I look forward to reading their stories.
How do you feel this book will help readers? I feel this book can help readers by encouraging them to go after their goals and dreams. Hearing the testimonies in this book can give others hope that if we can do it so can they. Last, but not least, it can teach them not to despise small beginnings.
Was there a part of your chapter that was hard to write? There was probably more than one part of my story that was hard to write. One was a scene I shared of a traumatic experience I had around the age of four. It equipped me for my purpose. I can see now how it has empowered me for my destiny and to leave a powerful legacy.
Is there a piece of advice you wish every entrepreneur could know? The advice I want every entrepreneur to know is that they are capable, worthy, and enough. They are stronger than they think. Self-love and God's love combined is divine. Daily renewing of the mind work can improve their lives. For example, reading or listening to personal development, affirmations, meditation, and visualization. However, it’s not limited to these tools. Whatever works for each individual to help them believe in themselves more. This includes surrounding themselves with divine connections that believe in them until they can have confidence in themselves. I would love to be that for them.
