Tell us about your books! What do you love to write about?

My books are for children, teens, and adults. I love to write about fun and adventure and mental health for children and love and mental health for teens and adults. I have gratitude journals and cookbooks for all ages as well. My books are called A Colorful Balloon Ride, Lenny the Lizard and His Green Scarf, Spring Brings Summer, The Pursuit of Love & Hope A Short Collection of Poems, The Gratitude Journal for Kids, Show Life and Yourself Some Love! A Gratitude Journal for Teens, Be Positive! A Positivity Journal for Adults, Girl Rise, 40 Recipes to Tackle Diabetes, 40 Recipes for A Better Weight Loss, and Co-Author of Messages to My Younger Self.

What inspired you to get started as an author?

My personal experiences inspired me to become an author as I experienced my parents getting a divorce, coping with my brother who was diagnosed with fragile x syndrome, and my mother’s family struggles with their mental health and intellectual disabilities.

What are your favorite books to read?

Romance, poetry, Self-help, and Mystery.
