What kind of work do you do?
I give wisdom and ‘know-how’ to spirited, determined midlife women so they master their menopause and gain the gifts it has to give.
What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
A dream!
What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
Finding an audience that aligned with my offering. Keeping financially afloat.
Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
Yes, the idea of quitting is on some days, not far away. But I believe deeply this is my soul work and it is what I was ‘designed’ for. I know there are women in the world who need what I have to offer.
What have you learned since beginning?
BIG question! At the top – don’t try to do everything at once and don’t try to do it alone. Find a coach or mentor who you can trust and see their footprints, one who offers solid, uncomplicated advice and supports you beyond your limitations. Get surrounded by people who hold you high. Make sure you can find financial resources and be prepared to take risks. All the time!
What’s the best advice you’ve received?
Be consistent! Be yourself and be clear.
What advice would you give someone just starting out?
Again - don’t try to do everything at once and don’t try to do it alone. Find a coach or mentor who you can trust and see their footprints, one who offers solid, uncomplicated advice and supports you beyond your limitations. Make sure you are super comfortable with sales and can create marketing strategy.

Which book(s) would you recommend to help entrepreneurs with success and personal development?
That depends on their skill set at the outset but I think “Profit first” (Mike Michalowicz)
is helpful. Too many people start a business making stuff they don’t know how to sell, or if there’s a market for, and get bogged down in avoidance strategies. Your business will make money if you know your market and can create an offer that solves a problem.
Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?
I do. It absolutely supports me. My first two hours are for me and God/Goddess. I drink water, meditate, get on my Yoga mat and run energy. Then I check out my priorities for the day and list them. After a walk, I get on with ‘business’ and I can be involved for hours as long as I set up my day well initially.
How has social media played a factor in your success?
A factor, yes. I do best at the moment, when I am speaking on a live stage but without SM, I would have almost none of the contacts and connections I have. It’s indispensable.
What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?
Rushing to follow trends that don’t reflect your own voice and way.
What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?
My coaches and myself!
Is there something you wish everyone knew?
Yes, please know none of it is very ‘difficult’ but it does require a shift in your thinking, patience. taking good advice and sitting your butt down to do stuff you might not enjoy. But if you are here to serve, and you are, do it.

What has being successful taught you?
Being successful isn’t a feeling or even a destination– it’s a practice and it’s all about staying attuned to your mission and responsible to keeping your feelings in balance while focusing on your service.
What are some fun facts about you?
OK! I have a star named after me. I dance rock and roll. I used to crew for a hot-air balloon team. I once got stuck in my dental appliance and I did make a world number one!
