Grounded Monkey offers hope to moms that feel misunderstood and invisible through classes, courses, an online membership, and private coaching sessions.

Empowerment for women happens through prioritizing Self Care, letting go of mom guilt, and bringing back JY.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

I spent two decades teaching elementary students how to think for and take care of themselves.

Now, I turn my attention towards MOMs. Many have lost themselves and have little JY in their lives.

I want to educate them on how to be a parent AND add fun into their lives.

Why do you think it’s important for holiday shoppers to buy from Small Businesses this year?

Small businesses are working to make their dreams come true, so they are more likely to have your best interests in mind. They want you to be happy. They want you to recommend them. Small businesses are moving and taking action from the heart!
