Tell us about your business! What do you sell?

I am the owner and founder of Envisioned Life Institute LLC. I am a Reiki Master and a life purpose embodiment, trauma healing, & business coach. I offer creativity for healing workshops, online courses, 1:1 healing coaching sessions with Reiki, individual and group Reiki sessions, and group coaching. I also sell all-natural, handmade, hemp-based soap with essential oils and infused with Reiki.

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

I wanted the opportunity to help others while having more time to go after my dreams and passions such as writing, acting, and dancing. Even better, I incorporate my passions into my business making it fun for me and everyone who participates! I went through a large transformation in my life, changing my mindset and perspective and making my life all around better. I found self-love and self-acceptance. I want to help other people do the same!

Why do you think it’s important for holiday shoppers to buy from Small Businesses this year?

It is so important to support small businesses instead of large corporations. Support entrepreneurs who are trying to create a better life for themselves and those around them, instead of supporting millionaire and billionaire entrepreneurs who don't typically pay high wages to their employees.

What’s the message you want to get out to people this Holiday Season?

The tradition of gift giving is so much fun, but remember it isn't the amount of money you spend or the amount of gifts you give or receive that bring meaning to the holiday. What it is really about is love, kindness, and creating new memories with your loved ones. Savor every moment. Consider creating a new holiday tradition with friends and family or donating your time or money to a charitable cause. Those types of gifts will fill you up and make your life richer and happier.
