What kind of work do you do?
Her mission is to help a thousand women lose a thousand pounds in both physical and mental weight. She utilized fitness as her foundation and life coach as the bricks to help women rebuild their body’s, business & lives

What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?

To be honest I kind of fell into becoming an entrepreneur. I when I started documenting my own fitness transformation as a stay at home mom, I would get women inquiring about my results and how they could train with me. My husband actually came up with the idea for me to open my own small group training facility out of our home garage. As we had little ones at home who needed me still I wanted to be able to work from home so I could attend to them. After just 4 weeks the first 4 clients I accept had such amazing results I started getting more and more inquiries. So I started to open more class times and started accepting more clients and before I knew it I had a 6 figure company in a matter of a couple of years. Somethings, things are meant for you and it’s up to you to not worry about the details but to follow what brings you joy and allow the income & details to follow.

What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
One of my biggest struggles with starting my online business was feeling like my programs and products weren’t good enough. I felt like everyone was offering something so similar to what I had to offer. So I started to inherit a belief that I wasn’t good enough, that my products and programs weren’t good enough as my competitors. But it was so fun true! This was a false belief that I created for myself. This was me holding me back. This is me staying in my comfort zone and playing safe. We all have something amazing to offer to this world. Even if we all offer the same outcome The products in which we deliver, and the way we deliver them, is what a specific person needs. Not everyone can relate to one person, which is why you need to put yourself out there and own who you are and what you have to offer. Don’t hold yourself back, don’t have talk yourself out of it, be willing to fail, and you’ll end up failing forward.

Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
At least once a month. Being an entrepreneur is choosing a life of uncertainty and no laid out path. Your income is a reflection of your efforts and sometimes it feels like your efforts are not enough. So I feel like wanting to quit is part of the psychology battle that you will alway face when going after your dreams. But knowing that you keep moving forward despite the mental battle is a victory that will propel you forward

What have you learned since beginning?
Remove all sources that will make second guess your worth or abilities. Stop following people who cause you to feel negative about yourself, whether you know them or not. If you don’t see it, they can’t compete. You see so many times we are influenced and thrown off our course because we get influenced by an outside source. A successful person never concerns themselves with what others are doing, which allows them to create such certainty in what they are offering. Create an internal peace.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?
There’s no bad coaches, only bad students. You see every coach/mentor/program is effective in some way. It’s about your perspective on to situation.
