Meet Jennifer Donovan
Jennifer Donovan is an Energetic Manifestation and Mindset Coach and the creator of the High Vibe Boss Babe brand and Podcast. She teaches entrepreneurs how to let go of their limitations to manifest a life and business they are obsessed with.
Her intuitive abilities, energy healing and knowledge in Neuro Linguistic Programming brings healing and clarity to her clients so they can step into their true authentic self, live in complete alignment and scale their business with ease.
The following is our interview, my question in BOLD and her answers follow:
What kind of work do you do?
I help women release blocks, imbalances and trapped emotions that are limiting them in having a life and business that they love.
What inspired you to get started as an entrepreneur?
I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur but just never knew what I wanted to do. I started in network marketing and then discovered energy healing and manifestation and knew this was exactly what I was meant to help people with.
What was your biggest struggle to get things going for your online business?
My biggest struggle was finding my niche. I wanted to help everyone and didn't want to leave people out. Once I let go of the belief that I would leave people out I started creating programs and packages that spoke to the clients I really deep down wanted to work with.
Was there a time you thought about giving up? What kept you from quitting?
Being a mom and a full-time teacher there was a time when I asked myself if it was all really worth it. Being able to dedicate time to my business, in the beginning, was challenging because I didn't want to sacrifice any time with my family.
What stopped me from quitting is getting messages from my clients and the women in my Facebook community of how much their lives had changed since working with me. I knew then I needed to figure something out, I wake up at 4 am to work on my business, I take client calls two nights a week and create content after my kids go to bed and I hire people to do all of the things that don't bring me joy.
What have you learned since beginning?
I have learned so much since the beginning, the biggest has been that I have all the answers I need. I kept looking for the right strategy, the right way to do things and once I stopped and asked myself what felt good to me, my energy shifted and I started attracting the most amazing clients.
What’s the best advice you’ve received?
The best advice I have ever received is to put blinders on to what everyone else is doing and just listen to your desires. Then follow them.
What advice would you give someone just starting out?
I recommend to follow what feels good to you, don't be afraid to tell and start hiring out as soon as possible the things that you do not enjoy doing.
What’s the professional win you’re most proud of?
I am most proud of creating and launching my first course. All of the fear and doubt just completely melted away because I created it based on something I was wildly passionate about and had embodied the teachings in the program which helped me manifest over $40,000.
Is there a book you’d recommend to help with success and personal development?
The book that radically changed things for me is Denise Duffield Thomas Book "Get Rich Lucky Bitch." This an amazing book on money mindset and changed my entire view on money.
Do you have a routine that you attest to your success? If yes, what is it?
When I first wake up in the morning I send love to everyone in my facebook community, all of my clients and anyone who needs it. Then I check my bank account and send love and gratitude to it. In the shower, I release any energetic cords that are not serving my highest good and call back any of my cords. After that, I spend time visualizing my day or anything I am currently manifesting. As I am getting ready for the day I listen to high vibe music to set the tone. Next, I sage myself and my body, light my candles, grab whatever crystal is calling to me and I spend time meditating, connecting to my guides and journaling anything that comes through.
In the evening as I lay in bed I list off everything throughout the day that I was thankful for, including the lessons.
A few other things that I do that has helped a lot is creating crystal grids when I am calling in clients for a program or launch.
How has social media played a factor in your success?
I created a community called the High Vibe Boss Babes and it has been an amazing source of community and where most of my income comes from. Social media has also allowed me to build the most beautiful friendships with women all over the world.
What are the biggest social media mistakes you see commonly made?
The biggest social media mistake I made was trying to friend everyone and anyone and start conversations just for the purpose of trying to sell them something. This felt so yucky to me but many network marketing leaders were promoting this tactic so I tried it. It felt very inauthentic to me and that wasn't the type of business I wanted to have.
What is the business tool that’s been most helpful?
Energy healing and being able to release trapped emotions from past experiences and remove energetic blocks to money and success has been the best tool for my business.
Is there something you wish everyone knew?
I wish everyone knew how amazing they are, how they don't have to let the success of anyone else hold any meaning to how successful they can be. Just because someone is hitting an income goal at a rate faster than you does not mean you can't do it. You never know the lessons and skills the other person had to acquire before they hit that goal.
What’s coming up for you in the next few months?
I am launching a course about the foundation of Manifestation. An in-depth guide on how to manifest all of your desires. I am also holding monthly Manifestation Circles to harness the power of group energy to manifest.

You define success and follow your bliss.

I am a mom of 2, wife, Manifesting Generator with an Emotional Authority and I love all things witchy.
