My name is Stacie Sadek, and I am an action ignition coach for professional women who are ready to start monetizing their story. Today, I want to talk a little bit about working with Amanda and Sophie.

Like many of you, I have bought countless courses and programs. I would get so excited, have those "firework" moments, thinking, "This is it!" I’d start taking them, and then I’d stop. I would look at other entrepreneurs and where Sophie and Amanda were in their journeys and think, "Why the heck can’t I be there? I should be at their level by now!" I was almost ready to give up. In fact, I even took some time away from coaching because I didn’t feel like I could really put my foot where my money was.

Before joining Sophie and Amanda, I had thoughts like, "Is this just another course or program that I’ll buy, get excited about, and then not take action on?" Would I end up exactly where I was before? Would it be worth my time? As someone who works full-time and has a family, I needed to make sure this was it. I didn’t want to waste my time. I needed to know that this was going to work. I was so done trying everything else. I needed something specific that would work for me.

The real question was, "Am I willing to take action? Am I willing to do the hard work and be a B student?" I had to be willing to make mistakes, try, and not get it right the first time, but keep showing up and trying. That’s what it was really about. I had to ask myself, "Am I willing to really try?"

What made me decide to join was hearing both of them say, "In order to be successful, you have to show up as a B student. You have to drop that Type A personality. You can’t always get it right. You have to be willing to try and try again until you perfect it." They made me feel like I wasn’t being judged and that they were rooting for me.

The biggest thing is, I had to be willing to go there. That was the key.  

It’s ironic that the very thing I needed help with, was what I was helping my clients with all along. Helping them become a B student. They gave me the tools and helped me stay committed to doing the work, even when it felt uncomfortable. They provided such a supportive environment where you want to try.
