WEEK 2: Niche
In week 2 we're going to determine who you're serving, the problem you're solving, and the value you'll provide your market.
WEEK 3: Your Message
In week 3 you'll be defining your identity as a coach. We will work on business branding, how to share your story, and how to set up your digital storefront so that your audience knows you are open for business!
WEEK 4: Strategy
In week 4 we'll be setting up the back end of your business to get you organized. We'll be covering contracts, connecting, discovery calls,and launch strategy.
WEEK 5: Creation
In week 5 we will be diving into creation. From social media content to freebies, and from offers to 1:1 coaching flow, you'll know exactly how to create content with ease.
WEEK 6: Marketing
In week 6 you'll learn how to grow your audience, connect with them, and attract customers through social media. We'll be taking everything we've set up for your business and marketing it so that your niche market can find you.
WEEK 7: Sales
In week 7 we will be diving into sales, which is the lifeblood of your business. We will be covering how to start sales conversation, deal with objections, rejection, asking for the sale, and closing the sale.
WEEK 8: Systematize & Scale
In week 8 we'll be discussing how to streamline your business so you can work with ease and flow. You'll understand how to scale your business so that your don't hit a glass ceiling, and can continue to grow seamlessly.
